With 20 years of experience, mentoring and leading teams with school districts and non profits, I felt that it was time to take my expertise and create my own “board room”.
I have always had a vision of creating a safe space for women to come together and support each other . I believe in applying mindset strategies so that you can understand what your purpose is and execute the fierce confident women you were born to be!
From a teenage mom, to a powerful business woman! I am confident I can guide you into the most amazing chapter of your life and beyond!

My Story
Allow me to introduce myself
Hola! My name is Marilyn and I am a Life Coach! I am Latina of Puerto Rican descent and I currently live in Boston, MA. Here is my journey and how I discovered the Life Coach in me.
I’m a life coach, storyteller, and motivational speaker with a passion for helping women find strength, purpose, and resilience. My journey has been shaped by life’s trials and triumphs. I lost my brother to street violence at just 11, became a mother at 16, and navigated marriage, divorce, all by the age of 30. By the age of 45 I was a survivor of domestic violence. Through these experiences, I’ve learned the power of mindset and resilience, and I use that hard-earned wisdom to empower women to build the lives they deserve. I’m a certified “graduate” of the University of Life, deeply committed to helping others achieve their goals, prioritize self-care, and grow into their fullest potential.
As a life coach and self-care expert, I guide women to discover the strength within, equipping them with tools to conquer obstacles, build confidence, and embrace change. Whether it’s through my work as a goal-setting coach, my podcast, or my role as a director for a nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing, my mission is clear: to inspire women to rewrite their stories and step into their power.
Today I am a powerful badass Queen, I am happy and at peace. Still a working progress but I am no where near where I was 20 years ago. I am a mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, energetically and financially stable. I was able to unlocked my power, my self confidence and self worth. Now I want to help you do the same!
